Post Apo Tycoon: The Basics
Post Apo Tycoon – Idle Builder is an idle clicker game where you restore a post-apocalyptic world to its glory. The game’s mechanics are pretty easy to understand. All you have to do is restore the tiles, explore the map, unlock and upgrade settlements, and grow resources. You will have to be active in the game to generate resources with the clicks. While the settlements produce the gold automatically, generating more with clicks or taps would be better. Main Settlement is the most essential facility – upgrading it unlocks new upgrades, areas, facilities, functions, and resources.

I have shared the map for the Post Apo Tycoon below. As you progress and make upgrades, you will eventually restore all the towns to their pre-apocalyptic state.
Don’t Waste Gems
The purple gems in Post Apo Tycoon are tough to obtain and must be spent wisely. I would strictly recommend not to waste gems on speeding up or skipping tasks. Save the gems for permanent premium upgrades that can make you progress quickly. Tap the upgrades button at the bottom of the game screen – you will find the premium upgrades that can only be unlocked with the gems. For instance, premium restoration, offline boost, bunker upgrade kit, etc.
How To Get Gems
You can exchange gold coins for the gems. However, there is a limit. Go to the shop section of the game and scroll down below the in-app purchase section. You will find the limited offers that grant gems in exchange for gold coins. As I advised above, don’t waste gems. Don’t spend on super clickers or speed-ups; save gems and spend on permanent upgrades.
Map Layout
All regular facilities, such as farms, lumber mills, stone mines, etc., must be connected by road with the Main Settlement. As you restore more tiles and uncover the map, it is better to group farms, lumber mills, and stone mines in particular areas. To get the map or layout ideas, check high-rank players. Tap the stats button at the bottom -> tap on a username (high-ranking/best explorers).
Watch The Video Ads For Power-Ups
Now and then, you will get the video ad offers in the top-left corner—for instance, super clickers, effective clicks, etc. Also, when you return to the game after being offline for hours, watch the video ad to multiply your earnings.
Make The Upgrades
There are hundreds of upgrades that you can buy with coins and some premium ones with purple gems. Buy or level up these upgrades (based on current requirements) to progress faster. Each upgrade is unique and improves progress in certain aspects of the game. For instance, a Revitaliser upgrade decreases the gold cost of restoring tiles – you will be spending less gold on restoring tiles. Taxman Ledger increases the amount of gold your settlement generates over time. Modest Hammock increases the offline earnings cap by 15 minutes – the default cap is set at 60 minutes. Read the upgrade details before you spend the coins.
