Blue Archive Hifumi Strengths⇓
Hifumi is a support role character in the Blue Archive game with a decent skill kit. She summons a Peroro stuffed doll using the EX skill that taunts enemies; prioritizes the ATK on the doll ignoring others. That gives you a temporary tank on the battlefield. When summoned and taunt effect is activated, the enemies will strike the doll. While other units in the team get a temporary relief from received DMG dealt by the foes.

Thanks to sub-skill, her cost recovery is increased by 980 for 5 seconds when unleashing the skill.
