There are two kinds of employees in Tiny Paws Cute Idle Game: Researcher and Cashier. Researcher-kind employees are responsible for facility management and increasing the selling price. For instance, the Chef in a Restaurant, the Product Manager in a Supermarket, the Fitness Coach in a Gym, etc. Cashiers are assigned to the shop’s checkout facility. 

Another kind is Takeaway Staff: Snatching Employees and Delivery Staff. 

Tiny Paws Employee Grades

  • S – Top Employee
  • A – Elite Employee
  • B – Senior Employee
  • C – Standard Employee
  • D – Trainee Employee

The higher the grade, the better the employee’s performance and buff. For example, S-grade cashiers are better than A, B, C, and D-grade employees. Their checkout speed is faster than the lower-grade cashiers. 

How To Get Employees?

On the city area screen, tap the recruit button. You can watch the video ads or use the diamonds to recruit employees there. The drop rate for high-grade employees is very low, so you will need to recruit many times to get a high-grade employee eventually. 

Assigning Employees

Go to any shop or facility. Tap on the positions at the bottom. Tap replace. Select an employee you want to position to replace a currently assigned employee. Assign high-grade employees for better boosts. 

Training Employees

You can train employees and level them up. Employees’ stats and skill effects will significantly improve at levels 20, 40, 60, 80, and 100. You need EXP books to train the employees. 

How To Obtain EXP Books?

EXP books can be obtained by watching the video ads or from town takeaway requests. Look for the orders around the town, accept the ones you can complete in time, and complete them to earn rewards such as takeaway points, xp books, research points, and more.
