Cream Soda Cookie is a frontline Charge Cookie who specializes in fast-paced Water-type burst damage and team amplification. With Cream Soda Blade, she slashes enemies three times, ending with a guaranteed CRIT that increases the Water-type damage enemies receive and deals bonus damage in PvE. Activating her skill grants her the After School Training buff, boosting her ATK SPD and keeping her pressure constant on the frontline.
