Hack Vault for Brainrots Mutations Guide
Mutations are special variants that can appear on brainrots in Hack Vault for Brainrots. Each mutation increases both the earning rate and sale value of a brainrot, making mutated brainrots much more valuable than their normal counterparts. Every mutation also changes the brainrot’s appearance and adds a matching title above its nametag.
At the moment, the game keeps the mutation system simple. Brainrots can only have a single mutation at a time, and there is currently no Traits mechanic. This means you cannot stack multiple mutations or add a second mutation to an existing brainrot.
All Mutations in Hack Vault for Brainrots
- Gold Mutation (2x Multiplier)
- Increases earning rate and sale value by 2x.
- Gives the brainrot a golden appearance.
- Displays the “Golden” title above the brainrot’s nametag.
- Can spawn naturally with a relatively high chance.
- Has an increased spawn rate during the Gold Weather Event.
- Diamond Mutation (3x Multiplier)
- Increases earning rate and sale value by 3x.
- Changes the brainrot’s appearance to a cyan color.
- Displays the “Diamond” title above the brainrot’s nametag.
- Can spawn naturally.
- Has an increased spawn rate during the Diamond Weather Event.
- Lava Mutation (4x Multiplier)
- Increases earning rate and sale value by 4x.
- Gives the brainrot a burnt, volcanic appearance.
- Displays the “Lava” title above the brainrot’s nametag.
- Can spawn naturally.
- Has a much higher chance of appearing during the Volcano Event.
- Rainbow Mutation (5x Multiplier)
- Increases earning rate and sale value by 5x.
- Gives the brainrot a color-changing rainbow effect.
- Displays the “Rainbow” title above the brainrot’s nametag.
- Has a low chance of spawning naturally.
- Has a significantly higher spawn rate during Admin Abuse events.
- Galaxy Mutation (6x Multiplier)
- Increases earning rate and sale value by 6x.
- Gives the brainrot a purple galaxy-themed appearance.
- Displays the “Galaxy” title above the brainrot’s nametag.
- Has a low chance of spawning naturally.
- Has a significantly higher spawn rate during Admin Abuse events.
Galaxy is currently the highest-value mutation in the game with a 6x multiplier, while Gold is the most common and easiest mutation to obtain. If you’re looking to maximize profits, keeping an eye on weather events and special server events is one of the best ways to find rare mutated brainrots.
