Where is the lost diver, and how can he be rescued?
In the Fisch Tidefall update, you can find the lost diver in the Underwater Cave. First, you need to go to the underwater opening[3138, 132, 910]. You will find a couple of boats near this area.
Dive down with the advanced diving gear and Tidebreaker gear, and keep diving down until you see the broken submarine. You will find the lost diver lying down above the rock near this broken submarine. Head there and interact by pressing the E key. As soon as you rescue him, take him above the water. Swim up as fast as possible.
Once you are above the water, take him to the red boat nearby.
In the center, press and hold the E key to complete the quest.
This will unlock Abyssal Tonic and complete the mission[Tidefall: Lost Diver. Rescue and return the lost diver.
