ONE PIECE Bounty Rush Best Characters – Let’s have a look at the ONE PIECE Bounty Rush tier list and the rerolling guide to pull the top tier characters

The online multiplayer game ONE PIECE Bounty Rush is now back after a year. If you want to start strong, then make sure to pull the best characters by rerolling. If you are on Android, then you can do it without downloading the 400MB file over and over again. But if you are on iOS, then you will have to download the data over and over again as this rerolling guide works only for Android. One Piece Bounty Rush Rerolling Guide

When you start the game, you get the option to download all the data at once. Download it and start the game. In the first phase, the game will teach you the basics. You can skip it by tapping the finish button on the left side of the screen. In the second phase, you will be challenged in the 4v4 battle. You can also skip it by tapping the finish button on the left side of the screen.

In the 3rd phase, summoning tutorial will start where you will scout and pull the 11 characters. The draws will be random. You can check the drop rates by tapping the drop rate button on the top-right side of the scout menu screen. At the time of writing this post, it’s like this;

4* – 3.00%, 3* – 37%, 2* – 60%.

After the draws, the game will send you to the party menu where you will learn how to edit the party. Then hit the home button -> enter the name -> OK. After it, you will get the login bonus, head start bonus, event login bonus, and some annoying pop-ups on the screen. You can change the name by tapping the avatar at the top-left of the home screen.

Now, tap the gift button at the top-right corner of the home screen -> claim all the rewards. In ONE PIECE Bounty Rush, rainbow diamonds are used in summoning. You will get over 150 rainbow diamonds for free. Claim them all and go to the scout menu and pull the 11 ONE PIECE Bounty Rush characters. It will cost you 50 rainbow diamonds. So you can pull three times just after the tutorial.

Now take a look at the below ONE PIECE Bounty Tier List and check if the characters you got from the pulls are good or not. If you don’t like the outcome, it’s time to ONE PIECE Bounty Rush Reroll.

1. Close the game
2. Open the file manager
3. Go to Android Folder
4. Open data folder
5. Find com.bandainamcoent.opbrww folder
6. Rename that folder to com.bandainamcoent.opbrww1
7. Close the file manager
8. Go to mobile settings
9. Go to apps
10. Find ONE PIECE Bounty Rush
11. Clear its data
12. Go back to the file manager
13. Enter the Android folder
14. Open data folder
15. Rename com.bandainamcoent.opbrww1 to com.bandainamcoent.opbrww
16. Open the game

All you have to do is rename the com.bandainamcoent.opbrww folder(add 1 to the last), then you have to clear the data -> then revert back the changes -> open the game. Hit the download all button and it will show you 0.0 MB data because files are already there. Accept all the T&C, complete the tutorial, follow the above steps until you get the top tier units in ONCE PIECE Bounty Rush.

Once you are done with rerolls, tap the menu button -> transfer data -> OK -> link to Facebook Account. This will save the progress.

If you are on iOS, delete the game -> install again. That’s all you can do to reroll. Unlike Android, you will have to download the 250 MB(Approx.) file over and over again.

ONE PIECE Bounty Rush Tier List – Tier 1 Characters Details: –

Crocodile – Crocodile is a blue element defender character, tops the character ranking. Make sure to level up him first if you have this character. His stats are quite good; attack, HP, defense. Skills – Knockback effect, reduces the SPD of hit enemies, massive deal damage, long-range attack, attack booster. Traits – Increase in damage dealt when in the area around captured treasure, recovers HP when you KO an enemy, boosts the cooldown reduction speed of skill 1 when the team has more treasure secured.

Enel – Eneru or Enel is one of the best ONE PIECE Bounty Rush characters. Element – Green. Type – Attacker. Skills – Mid-Range/Long-Range attack with shock effect, AoE. Traits – Reduces damage received, dodges enemy attacks without taking damage, inflicts shock when receiving damage, increases damage dealt when you are near enemy’s treasure, boosts the cooldown reduction speed, increases damage.

Mihawk – Dracule Mihawk is another top tier unit having amazing attack stats and skills. Element – Red. Type – Attacker. Skills – Long-range attacks with a high chance of unleashing a critical hit to the enemy, moves towards close-range opponents to attack and has a high chance of landing a critical hit. Cons – Slow skill attacks. Traits – increases damage dealt by 30% when you are in the area around your opponent’s treasure, boosts the CRIT when there are 60 seconds or less remaining.

Arlong – Another best attacker in the game. Element – Blue. Type – Attacker. Both Arlong, Mihawk have almost similar stats and traits.

ONE PIECE Bounty Rush Tier List – Tier 2 Characters Details: –

Luffy(30M Berry Bounty) – Luffy’s AoE attack is superb, deals massive damage in the close-range area. His stats ATK/HP/DEF are also great at higher levels.

Smoker – Not better than Crocodile. That’s why it is included in tier 2. The reason for putting it in tier 2 is its mid-range attack with a knockback effect and the stun effect. Element – Green.

Wapol – Wapol is a tank type character. He has self-healing skill, long-range attack with a knockback effect.

Yassop – Yassop is the only 4* runner class character in the game(you get it by default – 4*). He can activate debuffs on enemies; decreases attack, defense.

ONE PIECE Bounty Rush Tier List – Tier 3 Characters Details: –

Shanks – Shanks’ stats are not great, but his skills have a massive knockback effect.

Kaya – She can heal allies, increase the ally’s speed. Team Boost Skill – Recovers HP.

Rest 4* characters.

There are two Luffy in ONE PIECE Bounty Rush game; (1) Luffy – Straw Hat Pirates, (2) Luffy – 30 Million Berry Bounty. In the tier list, we have mentioned Luffy having the title 30 Million Berry Bounty. So don’t get confused. In the character profile page, just above the name, you can check the character’s title.
