In this guide, I have shared the list of all Sailor Piece blood flowers locations required to complete the blood flowers questline.

Sailor Piece Blood Flowers Locations Guide

There are six blood flowers hidden in the world (I have shared the screenshots below – head to those points and you will find the blood flower). Here’s the list of locations where blood flowers are found in Sailor Piece;

• First – Starter Island Sea 2
• Second – Bizarre Island
• Third – Punch Island
• Fourth – World Island Sea 2
• Fifth – Slayer Island
• Sixth – Blue Planet

Getting Started 

To start the blood flower questline, head to the blood flower NPC. You will find him in Sea 2 Starter Island. Interact with him to begin the questline.

Below, I have shared the screenshots highlighting the locations of blood flowers on the specific islands:

First Blood Flower Location – Starter Island [Sea 2]

• Start at the Starter Island spawn crystal
• Take the left path from spawn
• Head into the mountain area on the left side
• The Blood Flower is hidden on top of an elevated ground inside the mountains 

Second Blood Flower Location – Bizarre Island

• Go to the Bizarre Island boss area
• Find the boss summoner near the colosseum
• Climb behind the mountain located next to the boss summoner
• The flower is placed between two tall mountains in a hidden gap 

Third Blood Flower Location – Punch Island

• Go to Punch Island quest area
• Locate the NPC quest giver on the left side of the area
• Climb the opposite side of the NPC location
• Go behind the building to find the flower

Fourth Blood Flower Location – World Island Sea 2

• Go to World Island in Sea 2
• Head behind the tree near the Spec Passive NPC
• The flower is placed close to the sea side
• Look carefully around the tree area as it is slightly hidden 

Fifth Blood Flower Location – Slayer Island

• Go to Slayer Island
• Move toward the Sun God boss spawn area
• From there, go right side of the house
• Enter the gap between two mountains
• Check behind the tree near the mountain wall

Sixth Blood Flower Location – Blue Planet

• Travel to Blue Planet Island
• Find the Spirit Warrior quest NPC
• Go behind the boss area on the right side
• Look for an elevated mountain cavity
• The flower is hidden inside that mountain gap 

Once you have collected all the blood flowers, head back to the blood flower NPC and unlock the isolation island location.
