Go to storage, there you will find the diamond. Tap on it to receive it.
It goes to your storage area where you combine the sour salty sweet etc. items… You have to double tap it to claim just like how you do 4 leaf clovers

Sometimes they appear randomly in the hall or VIP. When you click on them, they’ll appear in the storage. And when you merge two of the same, you get a reward.

You can get it by touching the staff all staff have an icon of a fish indicates that shows there something fishy is goin on . Side tip : you can touch sister wang manytimes and will spawn fish . Other stuff carries different item for example . Cashier : keys . Welcome: mirror . Liu the waiter : handphone . And for your problem of earbuds it is staff cook lu . I hope you discovered you own the remaining item . Ps: eventhough you have touch the staff with icon it doesnt give you the item you want just be patience it is just like a mystery pop up .
