Elphaba Cookie is a rear-line Magic unit who specializes in transforming enemies and dealing heavy burst damage. Her skill Unlimited! lifts her into the air to blast targets, damaging them and turning non-Cookie or boss enemies into cakes. This Cakeification status makes them vulnerable to a powerful follow-up strike that delivers considerable area damage, inflicts extra damage on transformed enemies, and stuns them briefly. When she enters a stage alongside Glinda Cookie, the two activate Fearless Friendship, an undispellable buff that significantly boosts both of their ATK, DEF, and Max HP, making them far stronger during stage clears.

Elphaba Cookie flies through the sky and casts her magic. Affected enemies take damage, and non-Cookie or boss enemies will be transformed into cakes. The best toppings build for Elphaba Cookie, in my opinion, is the one with a complete set of Swift Chocolate Toppings to spam the skill. With lowered CD, she can cast her skill quickly and inflict DMG and turn the non-Cookie/Boss enemies into cakes. Her ability to turn enemies into cakes is limited because bosses and Cookies are not affected. And her DMG isn’t great compared to other Cookies. She is good to have as a collection, but you won’t be using her in the main team.
