This outfit is slightly better than the Atomic Outfit.
How to Get the Moon Outfit
You can obtain the Moon Outfit by defeating the Moon Slayer Boss. The drop rate is between 0.75% and 1.25%, depending on the difficulty. The higher the difficulty, the higher the drop rate. Though, even at the highest difficulty, the drop rate is quite low – because of this, you will be spending a lot of time grinding if you want this outfit. Is it worth it? In my opinion, it’s definitely worth it because of the powerful buffs.
How to Spawn Moon Slayer Boss
Head to the Boss Island and use the Upper Seal to spawn the Moon Slayer boss.
How to Get Upper Seal
Upper Seal is a legendary grade item in Roblox Sailor Piece. It’s dropped by all the NPCs except the world bosses. The drop rate is low. I recommend grinding the high-HP NPCs for an increased chance of grabbing the Upper Seal. The likelihood of receiving the Upper Seal increases with the NPC’s HP.
