Azure Latch Ultra Sadist + Nel Update

The Azure Latch ULTRA SADIST + NEL Update introduces a brand-new quest style with Yo Hiori, a full NEL Isagi rework, new commentator features, major quality-of-life upgrades, new emotes and MVPs, and a large balance pass across multiple characters including Don Lorenzo, Mastery Lorenzo, Isagi, Aiku, Shidou, Chigiri, and Nagi. The update focuses on gameplay flow improvements, visual upgrades, cutscene reworks, and refined combat balance across core styles.

Meta-Burst Point (Trap) can no longer trap ground shots
Meta-Burst Point (Trap) hitbox increased (11.2 → 11.5)
Feinting Neo Direct Shot now grants i-frames to the next Neo Direct Shot for 5 seconds
Feinting Neo Direct Shot now reduces counter distance
Rebirth On Ball variant no longer ends Flow
Rebirth cooldown increased by 5 seconds

Defensive Stance hitbox decreased (20 → 17.5)

Mastery Lorenzo

Zombie Walk

Wind-up decreased (0.476 → 0.390)
Lifetime increased (0.95 → 1.050)
Hitbox increased (15×7.5 → 15×10 studs)

Price Check

Shot debuff removed from mark
Movement speed debuff buffed (12% → 22%)

Ace Eater

First stage usable 2 seconds after awakening
Second stage usable 3 seconds after first stage
Third stage usable 5 seconds after second stage

Defensive Stance

Hitbox increased (12.5 → 15)

Horrific Intercept

Horrific Pass speed reduced by 5%

Undead Crash

Counter lifetime increased (0.75 → 1)
Landing refreshes T Special

MY DIRECT SHOT volley hitbox increased
Flow timer adjusted to prevent overperformance with new additions

Aiku

Reflex Tackle windup reduced (0.317 → 0.25)
Reflect Tackle linger reduced (0.3 → 0.25)
Ultimate Defense hitbox increased (27 → 35)
Ultimate Defense can no longer trap ground shots

Shidou

Backheel Shot can now be volleyed
Big Bang Drive hitbox reduced (50 → 30)
Backheel Shot (Autogoal)
- No longer tied to overtime
- Activation moved to left side of the box
- Still requires a teammate pass

Chigiri

Non-Stop Dribble (Flow Steal) now works like Aiku’s flow steal
Opponent no longer needs to hold the ball
Hardcapped to 1 use (from 2 uses)
Golden Zone miss endlag reduced by 1.2 seconds

Nagi

Ground Control into ZRT now has 0.2s endlag
Air Control hitbox linger reduced by 0.1s
Roulette Volley hitbox reduced (50 → 30)
