Basketball Zero CHROLLO & TATLIS RETURN Update Notes
Chrollo and Tatlis are back in Basketball Zero, this time setting aside their rivalry. Their styles return for a limited time until Monday, with no balance changes. The update mainly introduces new cosmetics, optimizations, and quality-of-life tweaks, while also confirming the dev team will be on holiday from Sept 1–7 for RDC, meaning no update next week.
⚔️ Styles
- Chrollo & Tatlis Styles return (available until Monday).
- No changes to their movesets this time.
🎨 Cosmetics
- New rotation includes:
- Current Goal Effect
- “WE DID IT!” Cutscene Emote
- Current Cape Cosmetic
- Designer Card
- These cosmetics will remain for two weeks due to the dev holiday.
⚙️ General Changes
- Players now get one free spin burst (to test the mechanic).
- Spin burst price increased to 149.
- Beginning rewrite of ball physics for better optimization & consistency.
📊 Rebalances
- Tendril Snatch can now be defended against by dribbling.
- Gold’s defensive ability has finally been restored.
🛠️ Fixes
- More cutscenes fixed & ported to the new cutscene system.
♻️ Quality of Life
- Multiple optimizations added → better performance, especially on low-end devices.
🌍 Holiday Notice
- Dev team will be on holiday Sept 1–7 for RDC.
