Basketball Zero CYBER VS PSYCHIC Update Notes
A major Cyber Style drops with a brand-new Psycho Bar mechanic, cybernetic implants, and powerful awakenings. Tournament mode gets new customization options, several bug abuses are patched, and fresh cosmetics are now in rotation.
🤖 CYBER STYLE (LIMITED TIME)
A playstyle built around the Psycho Bar — rewards risky gameplay with high-speed, high-power moves.
Cyber Mechanics:
- Implants (Passive Buffs):
- Leg Implants: Boost movement speed
- Arm Implants: Boost shooting speed
- Implants increase your Psycho Bar
- Try Me (on-ball skill):
- Prevents steals for a few seconds
- If an enemy tries stealing — they freeze, and you get a speed boost
- If no one tries, you get penalized — play aggressively!
- Mine (off-ball skill):
- A lightning dash to the ballholder to attempt a steal
Awakening Abilities:
- Hyperthought:
- Freezes all players except you — move freely!
- The Moon:
- Loads all implants at once + gives a huge Psycho Bar buff
Psycho Bar Full Effect:
- You lose all implants, but gain a massive stat boost temporarily
🎨 Cosmetic Rotation
- Cyber Jacket (Outfit)
- Cyber Goal Effect
- “You Can’t Run” Cutscene Emote
- Designer Player Card (rerun)
⚙️ Quality of Life (QOL) Updates
- Tournament Mode Enhancements (PS+):
- Custom team naming
- “Wait for Host” start toggle
- Mercy Score setting moved under Tournament Config
- Win Callouts in chat for non-ranked servers
- Headless Head now works with characters lacking awakening outfits
- Private Server Shutdown Button added (fixes broken shutdown via Roblox site)
🛠️ Fixes & Optimizations
- Abilities can no longer be used in the air
- e.g. No more post-leap Shammgod abuse
- Limited inventory hover bug fixed
- Ranked cosmetics desync fixed (no more hive-mind appearance)
- General game optimization pass
