The Fisch Brine Storm Update introduces a new dynamic weather-based event that awakens hidden fish, alongside a major settings overhaul, a new Rod Journal system, a limited-time skin crate, and custom halo support. The update focuses on quality-of-life improvements, collection tracking, and new cosmetic progression, with a redeemable code that grants multiple rewards.

Brine Storms
- Brine storms now occur in the brine pool
- Storms only appear during Rainfall
- These storms awaken previously unseen fish
Brine Storm Guide (Fisch)
A Brine Storm is a special weather event that only happens in the Brine Pool. When it’s active, exclusive fish spawn that cannot be caught in normal weather, making it required for rare fish and bestiary progress.
Brine Pool Location
- Go straight from the main area
- Follow the upward path
- Reach the pool with dark brine water
- You must be near or inside the Brine Pool for it to work
How to Trigger a Brine Storm
1) Force Rain
- Use a Tempest Totem near the Brine Pool
- This creates rain (required condition)
- Rain does not guarantee a Brine Storm
2) Change Time
- If no storm appears, use a Sundial Totem
- Then use another Tempest Totem to force rain again
Cycle:
Tempest Totem (Rain) → Sundial Totem (Time Change) → Repeat
3) Repeat
- Brine Storms are chance-based
- Keep repeating the cycle until it triggers
How to Know It Started
- Weather becomes darker and heavier around the pool
- The area feels more intense
- Storm-only fish begin spawning

- Settings menu fully redesigned
- Improved audio configuration options
- Fully configurable accessibility settings
- Major visual clarity and UI improvements
Rod Journal
- New Rod Journal system added
- Displays obtained and missing rods by location
- Accessible through a new section in the bestiary
- Designed to help players track and complete rod collections
Limited Skin Crate
- New limited-time skin crate added for C$
- Available for one week only
- Designed for spending C$ on voided skins
Custom Halo Support
- Support added for new halo cosmetics
- Snowflake Halo can be tested for free via code
