Locked 2 Ranked Update
Update Summary: This update introduces ranked mode with 6v6 and 2v2 matchmaking, customizable character slots, a new defensive weapon, and several new systems like AFK area, gifting, and goalkeeper mode. It also includes new maps, balance changes, and fresh codes.
Locked 2 – Ranked + Slots Update Codes & Log
This is one of the biggest updates so far, bringing competitive ranked play along with multiple new features that improve both progression and customization. Alongside that, gameplay balancing and new systems have been added to make matches smoother and more rewarding.
Ranked Mode
- New ranked system added with 6v6 and 2v2 modes
- Each mode has its own rank and skill-based matchmaking
- Ranked matches give 50% more yen
- Leaving a ranked match results in a loss of 50 RR
Rank Tiers & Rewards
- Bronze (III – I)
- Silver (III – I)
- Gold (III – I)
- Platinum (III – I)
- Diamond (III – I)
- Includes Rank Badge reward
- Egoist (RR)
- Includes Rank Badge and Player Background
- World Class (Top 100)
- Includes Rank Badge, Player Background, and a free slot
Character Slots
- Players can now have multiple character slots
- Slots are fully customizable with icons and names
- No fixed limit on the number of slots
- Each slot costs 299 and does not increase in price
New Weapon – Judo Spacing
- Defensive weapon inspired by opponent movement mimicry
- Creates a zone that reduces enemy speed by 30%
- Cooldown: 60 seconds
AFK Area
- New AFK system added
- Accessible through the gym by talking to Barou
- Earn 100 Yen every 90 seconds while AFK
Goalkeeper Mode
- Players can replace the AI goalkeeper
- Activated inside the box using the goalkeeper bind
- Available only in 6v6 and 4v4 modes
Gifting System
- Players can gift Yen and slots to others
- Accessible through the giftbox icon
- Select a player after choosing the gift option
New Maps
- Second Selection Map (Common)
- World Five Map (Rare)
Flow Icon Revamp
- All flow icons have been visually updated
- Changes can be seen in store and inventory
Balancing & Changes
- Power Shot buff – charge speed increased from 2 to 3
- Metavision nerf – speed boost reduced from 10% to 8%
- Speed stacking soft cap introduced
- Dribble hitbox reduced by 7%
- Kick hitbox reduced by 7%
- Forfeit system added – win if enemy team leaves
- Improved loading – match starts after all players load
- Copycat now has sound
- Match music finalized
- AI goalkeeper now passes to open players
