Summary: Update 9 introduces the new Mech Awakening as a secret awakening, a limited Lucky Spins handout window, and major upcoming changes to long-term progression with the new Racket Progression and Spirit Progression systems. NEW SECRET AWAKENING: MECH AWAKENING
A new hidden awakening has been added to the game. Players can now unlock and experiment with the Mech Awakening, expanding build variety and offering a fresh way to modify power and playstyle.
SPINS HANDOUT
- Lucky Spins will be distributed between 9:30 EST to 11:30 EST
- During this period, players receive one Lucky Spin every 10 minutes, adding up to 12 total Lucky Spins.
UPDATE ON THE PROGRESSION SYSTEM (COMING SOON)
RACKET PROGRESSION
A complete overhaul of how rackets grow is in development. Duplicate rackets will finally matter and will be used to:
- Level up your racket
- Increase its stats
- Create unique playstyles based on how you upgrade
This system aims to give rackets long-term value and deeper strategic choices.
SPIRIT PROGRESSION
A new Spirit system is also being built, featuring:
- New passive abilities
- Milestones and champion growth paths
- Spirits available in a banner
- Duplicate Spirits giving tokens
- Passive abilities that unlock as you level your Spirit, with the ability to reroll them
- Customizable playstyles using tokens
This system is designed to bring meaningful progression and personalized builds.
WHY THESE CHANGES?
The team wants the game to feel more long-term and progression-driven. These new systems aim to provide:
- A sense of building and improving over time
- Strategy in developing loadouts
- Better reasons to log in consistently
Core systems are nearly complete, with balancing and polishing underway. Sneak peeks will be released soon. Optimization and major bug fixes are also being prioritized.
