Re Rangers X Update 2
Update 2.0 in Re Rangers X introduces a major event titled The Great Cataclysm. This update adds several new units, a brand-new calamity stage, and additional systems that expand progression and gameplay. Players will face waves of powerful enemies across Tokyo while trying to strengthen the Hope Meter and stop the Evangelist’s forces from spreading destruction across the city.
Along with new combat content, the update also introduces a serialized system for special units, a new element rework, and additional gears tied to the Fire Force theme. A number of quality-of-life improvements have also been implemented to make the overall experience smoother and easier to navigate.

- If the Evangelist’s forces are not stopped, the Cataclysm continues to spread.
- New Calamity Shop
- A special event shop is now available.
- Players can earn Sol Tokens from the calamity stage.
- These tokens can be used to purchase new event items and rewards.
- Limited Time Banner
- A new limited banner has been added for the event.
- Sol Tokens earned from the calamity stage can be used for summons.
- This banner features the return of the ranger Shinrabanshoman.
- Serialized Unit System
- A new serialization system has been introduced for special units.
- Certain units will now receive serialized versions in future updates.
- This system will gradually expand to multiple rare or important units.
- Element System Rework
- A new element system has been implemented.
- Units now receive different buffs depending on their assigned element.
- Both older and newer units will follow this updated system.
- The developers plan to continue improving outdated features over time.
- New Fire Force Gears
- New gear items based on Fire Force have been added.
- These gears can be obtained from the Great Cataclysm shop.
