Update Summary: The Summon Heroes Runes Update introduces a brand-new Rune system that modifies unit behavior with powerful effects, adds a new Mythic enemy Masquerade, expands the story with Map 11, introduces Nightmare Dungeons with rotating modifiers, increases the level cap, and upgrades VIP benefits with stronger daily rewards.

This update brings a major progression overhaul with the introduction of Runes, new story content, tougher dungeon challenges, and additional endgame scaling through a higher level cap and VIP enhancements.
- Runes System
- Burn: Attacks apply Burn, dealing damage over time.
- Golden: Enemies drop more gold upon defeat.
- Angelic: Unit becomes invincible when hit.
- Vampiric: Unit heals a percentage of damage dealt.
- Warp: Unit teleports directly to its next target.
- Giant: Unit size and attack hitboxes increase.
- Shadow: Unit is less likely to be targeted by enemies.
- Focus: Unit avoids summons and prioritizes main units.
- Chrono: Unit attack animations are faster.
- Boom: Explosion effects from the unit are significantly larger.
- New Mythic: Masquerade
- A new Mythic enemy known as Masquerade has been added.
- This theatrical antagonist hunts rare gem variants.
- Can be encountered in Story Map 11.
- New Story Content: Map 11 – The Meteor Crystal
- Introduces a new story arc centered around a hostile mining operation.
- Includes 4 new units available for collection.
- Nightmare Dungeons
- Players can run 3 dungeon attempts per day.
- Each run features rotating Rune effects applied to enemies.
- Clearing dungeons rewards the corresponding Rune.
- Level Cap Increase
- Maximum level increased to 180.
- VIP Pass Improvements
- 5 daily Mythic Shards.
- 2x XP from all sources.
- 2x daily Story sweeps.
- +2 additional Normal and Nightmare Dungeon entries.
- Exclusive VIP chat tag added.
