Fisch SHAMROCK SEAS Update
The Fisch Shamrock Seas update introduces a limited-time St. Patrick’s Day celebration featuring the Shamrock Express, collectible natural clovers, and rainbow-themed treasure events.
The update also brings significant quality-of-life improvements to the Crab Cage system—allowing them to persist across game sessions—and includes a new seasonal Lucky Appraiser in Moosewood, alongside various bug fixes and gameplay balance adjustments. Players are encouraged to use the code ‘StPatricks’ for exclusive rewards and to prepare for an upcoming development roadmap.

Event Content
- Shamrock Express: A roaming vessel sailing the seas filled with leprechauns offering quests and various loot rewards.
- Natural Clovers: Rare spawns located around green islands. Can be picked up and consumed for server-wide luck boosts. Includes two rare hidden variants.
- Rainbow Events: Rainbows now spawn across the sea, leading to treasure. Includes the Rainbow Leviathan and a rare Golden Pot variant.
- Lucky Chests: Returned with updated and improved reward pools, appearing alongside Sunken Chests.
- Lucky Appraiser: A seasonal NPC located at Moosewood offering massively improved luck in exchange for a significantly higher price.
- Sno: Found in Boreal Pines, now disguised as a leprechaun.

Crab Cage Rework
- Persistence: Cages now save and do not despawn when leaving the game. Players will receive a reminder for unclaimed cages upon rejoining.
- Mechanics: Cages can now be placed using currently equipped bait; holding the placement/claim button now functions continuously for efficiency.
- Stacking: Cages can now stack at any location regardless of type.
- Luck & Stats: Cages now utilize the updated luck formula and are affected by potion effects (50% effectiveness for Lure), weather mutations, and Lucky Pools.

- Reinforced Crab Cage: 10
- Coral Crab Cage: 5
- Relic Crab Cage: 25
- Golden Crab Cage: 50
- Usability: Improved responsiveness for placing and claiming, particularly for players with high ping. Added unique cage pools to more locations.
Bug Fixes & Quality of Life
- Inventory: Resolved a long-standing issue where fish items would occasionally disappear or become un-equippable.
- UI/Controls: Fixed inventory control bugs occurring on Controller after using flying boats or submarines.
- Stability: Fixed a permanent softlock issue during specific death cutscenes.
- Visuals/Effects: Megalodon Hunt VFX now dynamically change color based on the variant spawned; Scyllas now correctly face players during their hunt pool.
- Gameplay: Ancient Isle puzzle no longer requires multiple players to activate.
- Balance: Made adjustments to the Toxinburst Rod.

The St. Patrick’s Day event is a limited-time celebration running from March 14 to March 21, 2026. This event introduces the Shamrock Seas Bestiary, new mechanics, and exclusive rewards. Make the most of this week before the event sunsets!

- Lucky Rainbow Event
- Spawn Frequency: Every 45 minutes.
- Notification: Look for the server-wide message: “The Lucky Rainbow has appeared near X island.”
- Objective: Hop on your boat and head straight to the marked island to find the Lucky Gold Pool.
- Shamrock Seas Bestiary guide
- Golden Pot O’ Gold
- Location: Spawns on a tiny island immediately next to the Rainbow.
- Usage: You can interact with it up to 4 times to claim free money and potions before it vanishes.
- Clovers
- Spawn: Randomly across the entire Fisch universe.
- Effect: Pluck them to add to your inventory; consuming them grants a x2 Server Luck boost (rare clovers scale even higher).
- Shamrock Express
- Location: A moving ship on the open ocean; look for the green Shamrock Express marker on your screen.
- Tips: Use a Gravity Coil or Glider from your boat to board, as the ship’s ladder can be difficult to grip.
- Quests: Talk to the captain and other leprechauns aboard to earn money, XP, potions, and Clover Cluster bait.
- Lucky Appraiser
- Purpose: Essential for appraising fish with the exclusive “Lucky Gold” mutation.
- Status: Currently, there is no fixed location for this NPC; keep an eye out for updates as the event progresses.
