The Sweet Stinger Rod is a high-performance rod in Fisch that costs 150,000 C$. It features impressive stats, including 180% Lure Speed, 172% Luck, 0.14 Control, and infinite max kg capacity, though it does come with a -10% trade-off in Resilience. Beyond its raw numbers, this rod is excellent for specific hunts; it provides a +10 bonus to Nectar Bloom focus, which is essential for successfully tracking the Queen Bee Serpent. Additionally, the rod features a unique “Honey” mutation passive, which grants a 2.6x multiplier bonus to your Honey mutation chances. While the lower resilience means you have to be careful, the combination of extreme Lure Speed and its specialized passives makes it a must-have for serious collectors.
How to Get the Fisch Sweet Stinger Rod in Fisch
You can purchase Sweet Stinger by spending 150K C$. But, before you buy it, you need to head to the Nectar Den location and complete the bestiary. How to Reach the Nectar Den and Get the Sweet Stinger Rod
Reaching the Nectar Den is a journey that takes you through several biomes. Follow these steps to navigate through the forest and claim your gear.
Step 1: Toxic Grove – Travel to the Lost Jungle at (-2680, 154, -2078). Make sure you buy a gas mask from the Oliver NPC at (-2975, 143, -2162) so you don’t get poisoned by the venomous smoke.
Step 2: Living Garden – In the Toxic Grove, head to the Toxic River and talk to the Olivia NPC. She will ask you to catch a Venom Maw in exchange for the Toxic Proof Raft. Once you get it, visit the Shipwright NPC to spawn your raft and sail across to the Living Garden at (-2169.2, -321.4, -3051.3). Before you go further, you must have the Pollination Buff. You can get this randomly by opening flowers throughout the Living Garden. If you skip this, the bees inside the next area will attack and kill you immediately.
Step 3: Verdant Pocket – Once you are in the Living Garden, look for patches of blue rocks attached to larger stones. Jump into the water nearby, and you’ll know you’ve found the Verdant Pocket once the scenery changes to a toxic green. Use your Fish Radar to head to the Koi Nectar pool at (-2251, -321, -3022). Look for a small secret opening behind the walls to enter the Verdant Pocket.
In the Verdant Pocket, you will find the Verdant Oath Rod. Squeeze between the vines on the left side of the rod to find a hidden opening.
Go past the bush and vines inside the Verdant Pocket.
Nectar Den – Enter the secret opening to reach the Nectar Den. Continue forward until you reach a Honey Pond surrounded by beehive-like walls. You will find the Sweet Stinger Rod sitting on the platform to your left at (-2071.9, -289.6, -3329.5).
