  1. You can’t just rate them like this. Some Champs are good at arena but suck at clan boss. So, your rating need to be more detailed.

  2. Ok so I had to Google what the letter “S” means in the rankings… is a champion with the letter S higher than those with the letter “A”? Some guides said yes, and that S = superior or super.

  3. Thanks for the tier list, and the subsequent link to the Google Spreadsheet… the spreadsheet honestly helps a LOT more than the tier list.
    Excellent job compiling this info!

    Cheers 🙂

  4. Thank you for the basics. I think it is true that champions need to be contemplated in more detail: A healer could be great, but still get killed in Arena due to lack of attack & defense PLUS the one round each ‘buffer’ (booster, blessing, healing) wastes on NOT fighting the enemy.

    Second: Gear changes a lot. One early example is the life-steal gear (4 parts from 6 for it). The second is immortal gear (2 parts to regenerate HP each combat round). Such seriously changes the battles, and again: Some things work on the quest map, but fail in arena or dungeons. My newbie group unlocked the dragon dungeon to several levels, and all other dungeons at least to level 2 or 5, BUT the spider dungeon defeated me with everything I could muster. Never won that below lvl 50 champions.

    In chat many players admit they needed days to find out another ‘lesson’ of that game. Hope you and your ‘clan’ had fun as well. Bye.

  5. I don’t even understand your list. Is in order from best to worst? A,B,C,S what do these letters mean. Nowhere on this page does it explain anything. Totally worthless list to me

  6. @Anonymous Ratings fall under S(the best) to C(the worst). S>A>B>C
    S- Top tier
    A – Very Good
    B – Good/Average
    C – Bad

  7. Like all things, difficult to do and rarely appreciated – thanks.

    Have you thought about a weighted numeric score e.g:
    S = 10
    A+ = 7
    A = 5
    B = 4
    C = 3 etc
    (No thought put into the numbers. here – indicative for discussion)

    That way we (or you could add an ‘Owned’ field to your spreadsheet then; filter, sort and sum team models for each use case.

    🙂

  8. This is a great list! I won’t disagree with any of the ratings, but in my experience, Justiciar is probably my best champion. I probably just don’t have them set up properly. Thanks for making this!

  9. Missing Rotting Mage – Undead, support, Spirit.
    Is there any way to get in contact with the people who did the spreadsheet to get these added?

  10. Kind of agree with Subhero – Lich is can be a real monster. At the same time though, he’s got no AoE attack. That lack might keep him out of “S,” but he should still be at least an “A” in my book.

    Also Cagebreaker, Woad-painted, and Jizoh should all be rated higher while Bushi and Warpriest should be rated lower.

  11. Missing adjudicator, steel bowyer, interceptor, sikara, crimson slayer. List helps a lot of us newbies figure out what’s worth building
