Rudley shines when paired with Garff. Graff’s passive skill grants a “Command” effect to allies; Rudley. With the command effect active, Rudley will be able to grant barrier to ally and self. Rudley possesses three skills; passive causes counter damage. The two active skills are lightning attack and decisive strike. Lightning Attack inflicts single-target damage + if the command effect is active, Rudley will grant a shield to ally and self.
The decisive strike skill causes massive single-target damage + if the command effect is active, Rudley creates a barrier for an ally and self.
