The build aims to reduce skill cooldown duration, allowing Icicle Yeti to cast the skill faster and use it more often(rapid buffs, healing, and protection). Upon unleashing the skill, Icicle Yeti Cookie buffs the allies(+DMG Resistance + Amplify Buff) and periodically restores their HP.
