  • This build aims to reduce Matcha Cookie’s 12-second skill cooldown with a complete set of Chocolate Toppings while increasing ATK and DMG Resistance through Topping Substats, Topping Tart, and Beascuits. 
  • Your top priority should be reducing the skill CD so that she can spam her skill, followed by ATK, and then DMG Resistance. Once you have equipped her with the Swift Chocolate Toppings, review the Substats and total stats, and compensate the lower stats with the Topping Tart. Matcha Cookie summons Tea Seeds at the enemy’s location and causes an explosion. The Tea Seeds poison enemies, amplify debuff effects, and increase the duration of Poison-type Periodic DMG inflicted by the team. At times, Matcha Malic may manifest from a Tea Seed, shackling a random enemy, causing DMG, cursing them, and applying Healing and Amplifying DMG debuffs. Matcha Malice is even applied to Cookies that are resistant to interrupting effects. At the end of the skill’s duration, Matcha Malice will inflict explosion DMG and apply Silence. The chance of Matcha Malice’s appearance will increase with more debuffs applied to Matcha Cookie. While Matcha Cookie is using her skill, she will briefly become resistant to interrupting effects.
