The best Topping for the Rebel Cookie in the CRK is the Chocolate Topping. You can equip him with the regular Swift Chocolate Toppings or resonant Life Sprout Chocolate Toppings. The resonant variant has better bonus effects. With the full Chocolate Topping build, we aim to drastically decrease his Cooldown Duration (13 seconds by default) so that he can quickly spam his skill. His skill is debuff/buff-focused; it decreases the enemies’ defense – with reduced defense, they take more DMG. He also buffs allies’ CRIT% and provides an HP shield for them that blocks the DMG equal to a portion of the DMG he has dealt. After finishing the skill, he creates two decoys that push enemies back with each regular ATK.

Rebel Cookie’s skill description[Here, There, Everywhere]:
Rebel Cookie uses his magic, decreasing the enemies’ DEF, making them more vulnerable to all types of damage, and dealing damage. Enemies with decreased DEF will receive additional damage. Rebel Cookie will increase the allies’ CRIT% and provide an HP Shield for them, blocking damage equal to a portion of the damage he has dealt. After finishing using his skill, he will create 2 decoys that will Push enemies back with each Regular Attack. The decoys have a number of Hits instead of HP. While Rebel Cookie is using his skill, he will briefly become resistant to interrupting effects.
